ZigBeeOnTrack

ZigBeeOnTrack – ZigBee wireless technology applications for the railway sector, is a project co-funded by the EraSME programme. The EraSME programme is funded within the ERA-NET scheme of the Seventh European Framework Programme  for Research and Technological Development.

ZigBeeOnTrack is a European Cooperation Project undertaken by Irmie Impianti together with Elcond Enginiring (Slovenia) and TECKNA (Tuscany).
Partners collaborate in order to develop an integrated system for introducing the ZigBee technology into railway sector applications.
 
ZigBeeOnTrack started the first of November 2009 and its activities will last until the 31st of July 2011.
Two project meetings have already been held, one in Slovenia and one in Tuscany.
