Pursuant to art.13 of UE Regulation No.2016/679, concerning personal data protection, the Company IRMIE IMPIANTI S.r.l, having its registered office in SIGNA (FI) in Via G. La Pira 20/22, Florence Business Register, fiscal code and Vat No. IT04519650487, to whom you may send every request via e-mail, at the address info@irmieimpianti.com, acting as responsible for the collection and the processing of your personal data, would like to inform you that your data will be processed to carry the ongoing orders on, as well as to allow us to proceed with all the  administrative, commercial, accounting and fiscal activities arising from legal obligations.

Our Company undertakes to treat the data and information you provide as confidential and to not disclose them to unauthorized persons, nor to use them for purposes different from those for which they have been collected, nor to provide them to third parties other than the ones indicated below. The personal data can be communicated only to subjects delegated to accomplish the necessary activities for carrying the contractual obligations towards you on (E.g. credit institutions, transport and shipping Companies, tax, legal and employments advisors, consultants for specific fields such as security, information systems management, audit).  The name of the above-mentioned delegated subjects is available at all times at the request of the person concerned.

The collected data will be retained for a period not exceeding the time needed for the purposes for which the data have been collected or further processed and in accordance with the time limits imposed by law.

The data transfer outside the European Community or to international organizations is not provided.

We remind you that you enjoy the rights referred to in articles 15 et seq. of the EU Regulation No. 2016/679, such as the right to request the access to personal data and the correction or cancellation thereof or to request the restriction of or to object to processing of personal data concerning the data subject; furthermore, you have the right to file a complaint to the competent authority, the Data Protection Authority.

The communication of your personal data from your side it’s a contractual obligation, since it is a necessary requirement for the orders management in our Company.
